Return & Refund Policy

Vrimlo — Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At Vrimlo we stand behind the quality of our collections and the integrity of our service. The policy below details your rights, our obligations, and the process for resolving post-purchase issues.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Criterion Requirement
Filing Window Return or exchange must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Condition The item must be unused, unwashed, and shipped back in original packaging with all labels intact.
Qualifying Reasons - Wrong item received- Item damaged in transit- Item lost in transit
Non-Qualifying Reasons Change of mind, incorrect size without prior sizing consultation, colour variance due to display settings, natural variations in handmade or natural-material items, customised or made-to-order goods, discounted/sale items, hygiene products, hazardous goods, items purchased via third-party retailers.

Returns sent without prior authorisation or outside the 30-day window will be refused.

2. How to Initiate a Claim

  1. Email info@vrimlo.com

    • Subject line: Return Request – Order #XXXX

    • Include clear photos of the defect/damage, or confirmation of non-delivery, plus your full contact details.

  2. Await Authorisation

    • We respond within 48 business-hours with a Return Authorisation (RA) and instructions.

  3. Ship Within 10 Days

    • Affix the prepaid label (defective/incorrect items only) and drop at your local post office.

    • Unauthorised or late parcels will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.

3. Resolution Options

Scenario Our Remedy*
Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item Replacement, price reduction, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Minor Issue Free repair or partial refund rather than replacement, where reasonable.

*Vrimlo reserves the right to choose the most appropriate remedy under UK consumer law.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection: Within 2 business days of receipt.

  • Approval & Credit: Refund issued to original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Posting: Additional 3–5 business days may be required by your bank or card issuer.

  • Contact us if you have not seen the credit 15 business days after approval.


5. Cancellations

  • Free cancellation available until 17:00 CET on the day the order is placed.

  • After that cut-off, cancellation is not guaranteed. If exceptionally approved, a 20 % restocking/administration fee plus non-refundable payment-gateway charges will be deducted.


6. Transit Delays

Carrier delays are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund. Tracking inactivity is common during cross-border transit; your patience is appreciated.


7. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Mis-delivery, delays, or extra charges arising from incorrect addresses are the customer’s liability.


8. Non-Returnable Classes (Illustrative, not exhaustive)

  • Made-to-order lighting, large lamps, or bespoke furniture

  • Pre-order and custom-sized items

  • Hygiene or textile items (bedding, towels, rugs, cushion covers, beanbags)

  • Perishables or hazardous materials

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items

If returns are critical to your purchase decision, email us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.


9. Sustainability Commitment

We actively minimise unnecessary reverse logistics. Please confirm sizing, product photos, and specifications before purchase—our team gladly provides additional images or measurements upon request.
