Vrimlo is committed to delivering a premium, worry-free shopping experience—every order ships free from our Norwegian warehouse to addresses within the United Kingdom. The terms below explain our processing times, transit windows, and your responsibilities as the recipient.
1. Service Area
We currently accept and fulfill orders exclusively for UK destinations. Orders to other regions will be declined at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

All parcels are insured against loss or damage; see Section 10 for details.
3. Order Processing

4. Transit & Delivery

Standard Transit: 1 – 10 business days after dispatch.

Estimated Total Delivery: 2 – 15 business days from order placement.

Carrier delays, peak-season congestion, weather, customs inspections, or force-majeure events can extend transit times; quoted windows are guidelines, not guarantees.
Upon shipment you will receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.
5. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

Address changes requested after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

Parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Email info@vrimlo.com immediately to request a change or cancellation.

If the order has already entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Refused deliveries will be treated under our Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Issues

Missing Parcel | Notify us within 7 days of the latest estimated delivery date. |
Damaged Package | Email photos of the exterior box, label, and damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. |
We will liaise with the carrier and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Missing or Damaged Items
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery:

We will investigate and, if validated, dispatch the missing item or process a refund.
9. Priority Handling & Shipping Protection
For £3, Priority Handling places your order at the front of our fulfillment queue and includes enhanced insurance, guaranteeing full reimbursement or rapid reshipment if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
10. Liability & Insurance

Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance; however, all shipments are insured.

Our liability is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the purchase price and standard shipping cost.
