The 8" resin handle chef knife made from VG10/67-layer Japanese Damascus super steel with a finely polished surface.
It can be stabilized at 60 ± 2 HRC, with vacuum heat treatment hardness and long-lasting clarity. The heat treatment and nitrogen cooling processes went into the creation of the tough steel blade of our chef's knife. Great for chopped, sliced, diced with vegetables, fruits and meat.
The feather pattern of 67 layers of Damascus steel is superb. The handle is made of blue resin and colored wood. The resin and color wood are combined together by a special manufacturing process.
