If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your item for a refund or exchange it for something else. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition unless faulty/broken, you must have received the wrong item, your item arrived broken, your item was lost in transit. Large lamps do also fall under this category since they are costly to transport and more often than not are made when the order comes in.

Can I wash and fold my cubes?
We recommend that you hand wash your cubes with soap and water. Hang them out on the line to dry. They are extremely lightweight and fold up easily, hardly taking up any room in your case. They can also stay flat as they don't have a rigid construction.

Are the cubes waterproof?
While the twill walls are waterproof, the mesh lid has holes making the cubes non-waterproof.

Will these fit in my suitcase?
In most cases, yes. The cubes can fit in all standard size luggage suitcases but will not fit in smaller suitcases.

Can I really fit more into my suitcase with these cubes?
Yes! These are designed to be packed to the fullest in order to compress clothes and items down, leaving no unused space and therefore maximising space!
