1. What products do you offer?

2. Do you ship internationally?

We offer free shipping on all orders internationally and there are no hidden shipping costs.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order has been processed, we aim to deliver it within 2 to 15 business days . Here's how the process works:

  • Order processing : 1 to 5 working days
  • Shipping time : 1 to 10 business days Total estimated delivery time: 2 to 15 business days for most orders. Please see shipping policy page for details

Please note that we process orders during business days (Monday - Friday) and our order deadline is 5:00 PM .

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We are committed to providing high quality products, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item , please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order . We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items.

To be able eligible for a retunr or refund:
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must have received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or broken
- Your item was lost in transit
